Art Harmon specializes in Industrial Sales. He joined Westport One with a wealth of experience that has helped him to become a premier recruiter with a focus on industrial sales. He spent over twenty years working for a fortune 500 company where he worked as a Salesperson, Sales Trainer and Sales Manager achieving the top levels of sales performance in each. He personally interviewed hired trained and managed people and was known for spotting and developing people’s talent.
Art’s recruiting philosophy is to intently listen to clients and candidates to understand what their needs and capabilities are. His goal is to exceed the expectations of those he works with by providing a superior level of service.
